About this property

Beautiful Olive trees hacienda built originally in the XVIII th century. We have writen references of this property fom 1,735 , when it was owned by the Sevillian D. Alvaro Ortiz Tamayo, passing on to other owners after him.

Today, this estate fully renovated in 1996 is devoted primarily to raising horses with impeccable facilities : pit patio, riding arena , tack room , stables …

The house is a like a small fortress as it forms a large compact block , with few windows on its high walls above which you can see the trees and rooftops.

But on the inside the impression is quite the contrary. There is marked and complex compartmentalization of the spaces. The pretty entry gives access to a small paved courtyard, at the far end is the access to the main house, a double height residence topped by a watch tower.

It has lounges , rooms and sitting rooms with coffered ceilings, wood and hydraulic tile floors.

The garden is accessed from the courtyard. It is enclosed by a wall and has an arcaded porch overlooking a nice pool .

Adjoining the main house is a Gañanía , which is now a 300 sqm lounge with kitchen , cellar and a large fireplace two meters high. The ceilings are high made with wood beams and the floors are clay tiles. This room is like a hunting lodge.

Nearby is the beautiful chapel with a wonderful ceramic tile from Santa Ana in Triana picturing an Inmaculate Mary made by Murillo in early XXth century . The chapel was consecrated by Cardinal Segura.

Then the old tinao was converted into a beautiful garage with tack room.

At the front, beside the chapel , there is a warehouse with arches, wooden ceilings and tiled mud bricks, of around 800 sqm intended as carriages museum , accessible through the main courtyard and the horse yard .

The horse’s courtyard is paved, it has an arcade of marble columns boxes for eleven horses, all with atutomáticos drinkers and double doors .

It also has a side aisle between the arches where the cars used every day are kept. there is another tack room with bathroom for the staff that looks after the horses.

The equestrian facilities include, electric walker for five horses , with geotestil soil and sand. Round pen and 80 x 60 track for training horses. 3.000 kg silo for feed.
Warehouse in the yard with nine portable work boxes with automated drinkers .

This marvel is surrounded by 25 hectares of olive trees, 19 Manzanillo with drip irrigation in full production with legalized private well, 5 has. grassland with four fences to plant pastures , and the rest is dedicated to, gardens, roads and buildings. The farm’s perimeter is fenced.

The estate has its own transformer connected to Endesa’s electricity grid and camera system with constant recording and various alarms for security. It has landline phone and internet .

The gateway to the road is hydraulic with remote control and door entry system .
