About this property
This beautiful preserve for game hunting is about 700 hectares in the foothills of Sierra Morena on its the north face.
It is well connected by the South Highway (N -IV ) to Madrid (2 ¼ hours ) , Ciudad Real ( 75 ‘ ), with Córdoba and Seville.
It is surrounded by large farms closely guarded so privacy is guaranteed . The setting is the most natural : no elctricity lines, no buildings or roads to disturbe the landscape.
It has plenty of water , it is in fact, crossed by a tributary of the Guadalquivir river. It also has two wells near the house used for human consumption.
The property is used mainly for game ( deer and wild boar) . Every year couple of hunting parties are organized where good prizes are shot, including some trophies. Deer stalking is done with good results. All game is indigenous .
The State of the mesh and rails is good overall. The rivers, streams and water points ensure all year supply for livestock.
It has a rustic building with a small house for the owners.
The farm has two quite distinct parts : one with undulating hills where cattle rest and breed and a cleaner and flat meadowed area where the animals come to eat at sunset.
