About this property

This home has a privileged location on one of the beautiful white villages of the Sierra Norte de Sevilla.

It is located on top of a hill, from where you can see the town and the hills that surround it.

It is south facing so it has light and sun all day.

The house was built in the early 2000s on the grounds of an old farmhouse. The materials used were salvaged originals but they were used with isolation techniques and modern standards.

The result is a very well insulated house, warm in winter, cool in summer … easy to maintain comfortably.

It’s right on the edge of town so you feel very close to it. The views are unbeatable!
