Antonio Maria Luis Felipe Juan Florencio de Orleans (Seville, February 23, 1866 – Italy), was the only son of the Duke of Montpensier that reached adulthood.

He was the son of the French Prince Antonio of Orléans, Duke of Montpensier and Infante of Spain since their marriage in 1846, and the Infanta Luisa Fernanda of Borbon. On his fathers side he was the grandson of King Louis-Philippe of France and his wife, Princess Maria Amalia of Borbon-Two Sicilies.

D. Antonio bought in the late XIXth century this beautiful property on the outskirts of Sanlucar de Barrameda from which you can see the mouth of the Guadalquivir river and Doñana’s Natural Park.

There are about 20 hectares of land on which this beautiful Mudejar palace is located, so fashionable in the late nineteenth century.

The house was renovated by the current owners in the 90’s and is in excellent condition, both the house and the garden setting.
