This luxury home in a residential area of \u00a0Seville<\/a> is very well located, less than five minutes from Seville airport<\/a> and less than five minutes from Santa Justa, \u00a0the high speed AVE train station. A luxury to enjoy living in the city in an ideal location with essential communications nearby.<\/p>\n

This luxury home is built on a double plot of about 1,800 m2. The plot is fairly rectangular one and is located in a traditional residential area of \u200b\u200bSeville.<\/p>\n

As you can see in this luxury home it has a garden with adult trees, especially Washingtonia palms and cypresses, which are perfectly maintained.<\/p>\n

On the back, facing west, the elegant swimming pool, with a nice porch, outdoor changing room and barbecue for parties and events. It has a large area for parking with automated gates for easy access to the property. This large garden and outdoor facilities allow residents and friends enjoy all the comforts of the home with no need to go inside . The garden has automatic irrigation.<\/p>\n

The building is divided into two floors. The main floor has 375 square meters distributed in living rooms, dining rooms, kitchen, master bedroom, shower room, bathrooms, service area, porch and access to the gardens.<\/p>\n
