It is currently one of the most spectacular estates in Carmona. It was abandoned until not long ago, but the current owners have made in recent years, a work of rehabilitation of the building and its surroundings which has returned to all its glory.
Its history is well documented. Thus, dating back to 1699 when Diego Correa and Silva Carmona Council requested certain portion of land in this place to use as farm, mill, house and garden. From that moment we know he built his house that was completed in 1713 thanks to the license request for sacramental chapel.
The part of the property being sold is built around two courtyards: the central one was the main one and the one to the right was used as chicken house and now it has benn renovated into is a beautiful arcaded courtyard with orange trees and fountain.
In the right bay and attached to the house we find the chapel, undoubtedly the most monumental bulding of the hacienda. Its facade, follows stylistic parameters of the late seventeenth and early eighteenth centuries.
The house has 9 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and 9 fireplaces to warm the house in the winters of Seville …
In the western area found a wide expanse of landscaped gardens with wonderful trees and pergolas with vines that are very quiet forenjoyment of the house.
The private garden has an area of 7,945 sqm
