About this property

This mansion answered the typology of casa-palacio of Baroque style. It is an important noble house located in the historical and monumental center of a town near Seville opposite the front of the foot of the main church of the city.

It is believed that the construction of this palace were allegedly reused some old remains of an earlier house, possibly dating from the XVI century. These elements would be those that are located on the left side of the entrance where the stables are. But the most of the rest of the building are the work of the late seventeenth and early eighteenth century.

This is one of the most important and richest examples of civil architecture in this village of the province of Seville.

It is a building that stands out for its horizontality, (only two stories high), which responds to the type of palace-houses to be erected in this area in the Baroque era, emphasizing its member outside its most significant splendid stone doorway organized in two bodies high.
